Founder & Physical Therapist
Nice to meet you! I grew up here in Indianapolis with a lifelong passion for activity and sports. I actually didn't know what physical therapy was until I tore my first ACL at 18 while playing pickup basketball at Purdue University. That injury — and the rehab that followed — changed everything for me.
After surgery, I worked with an incredible team of PTs and PTAs who helped me regain my active lifestyle. Their knowledge, skill, and encouragement made a lasting impact, and I knew I wanted to give that same experience to others. I did not plan on tearing the ACL on the opposite side and tearing a meniscus later down the road — both requiring surgery and long healing processes — but it only improved my understanding of all components of recovery and returning to full function.
I went on to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University and spent my first eight years practicing in Colorado, where I developed a strong foundation in specialized manual therapy, joint mobilization, and highly skilled orthopedic care.
Since returning to Indianapolis nearly five years ago, I've expanded my expertise to include advanced dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, neurologic care, and treatment of complex conditions. This allows me to provide a well-rounded, individualized approach for patients with orthopedic injuries, dizziness, neurologic diagnoses, hypermobility, dysautonomia, and chronic pain.
I'm grateful every day for the opportunity to help people move better. Outside the clinic, I'm blessed with a wonderful wife, Katie, our daughter Helen, and our two boys, Lincoln and Wilson. They are the fuel for the passion that I carry.
